Fair questions
- What can I order right now?
- Hair (wigs, bundles, closures) and phone accessories (cases, cables, chargers, screen protectors, stands). Anything with a battery has to wait for now.
- Do you hold my money?
- No. You pay for one specific order, and we buy those goods for you as your agent. There's no wallet and no balance sitting with us.
- What if the goods arrive wrong?
- We count and check every carton at our warehouse before it ships. If something is short or wrong, we sort it with the factory before it leaves China.
- Who sells on the marketplace?
- Nigerian wholesalers and retailers. Each one is checked against the CAC, and has to pay us from an account in their business or director's name.
